Unfortunately, the children from Casa Hogar Elim Orphanage are not adoptable,   The orphanage is not licensed to adopt, because it is a privately run orphanage.  We are however planning in the near future to see if we can become licensed to adopt.  When and if that happens I will immediately post it on the web site.

Another problem we face is as long as the children have a relative, be it a mother or 12th cousin; they can not be adopted unless the relative signs away their rights.  It is sad, but most of them will not do this.  It will cause others to look down on them.

However, there is another orphanage in Victoria, Mexico where children are adoptable. It is a government run and funded orphanage. If we ever have children who are adoptable we send them there. You can contact this orphanage through the information listed below. Thank you for your interest in the children of Casa Hogar Elim.
